The Personal Watercraft is:

1. - under 20 years of age;
2. - used for private and pleasure purposes only;
3. - kept in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland);
4. - used on Inland and Coastal waters of the UK.

The Proposer:

1. - has had no accidents or claims in the last five years;
2. - has had no criminal convictions other than minor motoring offences;
3. - is a resident of England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

All drivers are experienced and over 16 years of age.

Your information will be held by Groves John & Westrup Ltd and added to our marketing data base. It will be used for the purposes of managing your insurance and any claims you may make and for advising you by post, telephone and/or electronically about any products or services of a similar nature provided by us that may be of interest to you. We will not pass details on to any other organisations for marketing purposes although it may be passed to our service providers to manage your insurance. None of your data will be exported from the EEA.
